Spent most of this trip to Berlin taking long walks around the city - something Berlin is eminently suited for, it must be said. Pictures here.

Went to the Autobahn Reunion Party - celebrating a now defunct bar I used to frequent (and where I celebrated my 40th birthday). Working through Facebook, party organizer Anita managed to assemble an impressive array of the regulars of this excellent place. And the evening managed to completely recreate the mood of Autobahn's heyday. Certainly a haven for post-punk weirdos and misfits - but also bustling with a certain nervous creative energy. Felt right at home - again.

I probably won't be updating much from now until we leave for Berlin on June 3. Zupa has hired me to help with a project (still confidential) with a stress-inducingly tight deadline. Fingers crossed.

For Birgitte's birthday, we skipped the tea we'd planned at Stockhultsgaardens Tebod (that'll be next time, then). Instead we drove back to Denmark - the summerhouse in Tollerup - in time to prepare for the evening's birthday dinner (including barbecued Swedish moose hamburgers) with our summerhouse neighbours. A good time was had by all.

With Dr. Robert Moog

The day I met Dr. Robert Moog (1934-2005), inventor of the moog synthesizer. Read my interview (in Danish) with Robert Moog here.
